The higher in vivo properties of TE1PA versus DOTA for 64Cu immuno-PET imaging have been demonstrated using their bifunctional analogues p-SCN-Bn-TE1PA, p-SCN-Bn-NOTA and DOTA-NHS, conjugated with 9E7.4 rat antibody, an IgG2a anti-CD138 murine, which has relevant properties for multiple myeloma targeting.
